Pingshan Subdistrict Management and Service Center for Expats

To further improve the service of the Pingshan International Block and explore the establishment of a more efficient service platform for overseas personnel, the Pingshan Subdistrict Management and Service Center for Expats was set up in September 2021 to provide foreigners with “one-stop” consulting services including employment, entrepreneurship and work visas both online and offline.

Pingshan International Talent Community

The Pingshan International Talent Community (PITC) is located in Xinhe Community’s Public Culture Service Center, Pingshan Subdistrict, and is close to the Central Park, Pingshan Library and Pingshan Art Museum, with bilingual Chinese and English signs along the roads. The PITC includes a welcome center, an exhibition center and a communication center, providing 12 foreign-related English-language services such as temporary residence registration, consultation on legal and tax affairs and services for entry and exit for international talents. It also includes discussion, reading, movie-watching and breakroom areas. Cultural salons and ddtalks are regularly held in this relaxing atmosphere for talents to share insights.
